Attorney
Thaison Hua is one of the founding attorneys at RHH Law Group. His practice includes representation of business entities and individuals in a broad array of litigation and transactional matters. Mr. Hua’s litigation practice includes the evaluation and resolution of commercial disputes for both large and small clients.
In his years of practice, he has helped clients resolve contract disputes, employment issues, premise liability disputes, and other general legal issues that arise in various business contexts.
Mr. Hua especially enjoys working with business and individual clients in strategic structuring for tax efficiency and asset protection. Including entity/trust formations, MSOs, and generational planning vehicles (trust and non-profit foundations).
Mr. Hua also has representative experience in construction, energy, personal injury, employment, bankruptcy and collections law. He has litigated many matters in state, federal and bankruptcy courts all over Texas. His experience with both large and small business clients in a wide variety of issues allows him to effectively assist his clients in resolving virtually any business related legal issue both efficiently and effectively.
Mr. Hua is an active member of both the legal and civic community and sits on boards and committees for Houston Lawyer Referral Service and nonprofit entities. In his free time, Mr. Hua loves reading, skiing, swimming, and spending time with his dog.
